# Logging in for the first time

If you've been added as a user to the Gateway, you will have received an email with links to download the Gateway. In case you missed it, they can be found below as well.

After that, the process is simply:

1. **Download** the Gateway in your preferred format
2. Enter your **email address**
3. You will receive an email with a **magic code**
4. Input this into the boxes provided
5. **You're in**! You can now explore the insights and trends across your communities

💡**Tip**: If you are using the Outlook extension, in order to paste the magic code into the Gateway, you can simply click on the email and it will auto-populate!
